Counselling is a confidential therapy which works to address any concerns you may have to gain better clarity and understanding of yourself, while developing helpful tailored coping strategies to befit your needs. As your counsellor, I work to support you throughout this process in a safe, therapeutic and non-judgemental space.
I provide sessions via email, Skype and Zoom throughout the UK.
I also offer a free 30 minute video consultation prior to counselling sessions to discuss your situation. This is an opportunity for you to get a feel for counselling, to ask any questions you might have and decide whether you'd like to pursue therapy.
