Online Therapy

I offer therapy online via email, Skype and Zoom. This means you may recieve therapy from the safety and comfort of your own home or whichever safe space you choose, so to help you feel safe in exploring any difficult situations or issues. 

 

If possible, I recommend you use a private password protected computer device and e-mail address for our exchanges. I work from home and aim to ensure I operate in and provide you with a confidential and safe space. Virus/spyware protections are regularly updated on my device. 

 

Sessions tend to take place on the same day and at the same time each week (unless otherwise specified), and I will contact you at a mutually agreed time. If you require a different time for your appointment, please ask ahead of this so I can try to accommodate you and avoid disappointment. Each session is a therapeutic hour and lasts for 50 minutes.
